Description
This project on Boyer Street in Derby was an 18 apartment new build for a local property developer on the site of an old textile factory.
The complete fit-out of all the bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms was carried out.
The project also included a flood defence wall to the side and rear of the property as well as all the external landscaping which included fencing and car parks.
